Welcome New Employees

Please join us in welcoming Bella McNey to Lane-Scott Electric! Bella as the new part-time receptionist and cashier at the Dighton office.

Bella is part of the Riffle family from Dighton, and the oldest of six siblings.  She attended Dodge City Community College and is finishing her bachelor’s degree for general ag at Fort Hays State University this summer.

 “Being given the opportunity to work part-time at Lane-Scott is perfect for balancing school, work, and preparing to become a mom this October,” she said.   

Logan Seifried has also joined the Lane-Scott team as a summer intern. Logan graduated from Cimarron High school in May 2025.  He is attending Pratt Community College and entering the Electrical Powerline Technology program in August 2026.

As an intern, Logan will be working with the line crew, learning the basics and what’s required to become a journeyman lineman.
