Reminder of the upcoming Feb. 2 deadline for Sophomore and Junior students in our service territory to apply for this year's Electric Cooperative Youth Tour and Cooperative Youth Leadership Camp.

The December 2025 Newsletter includes manager's article, "Reflecting on Progress, Planning for the Future", article: "Christmas Lights: A History", Outdoor Holiday Lighting Safety Tips, and information on the best time to purchase appliances and electronics.
There are several announcements including the capital credit retirement of over $445,000 to members, the 2026 Electric Cooperative Youth Tour and Cooperative Youth Leadership Camp application period is now open for sophomore and junior high school students, you can purchase the Gift of Electricity for Christmas to those who have a Lane-Scott Electric account, and the Lane-Scott Electric office closings for the holidays.
November 2025 Newsletter
The November Lane-Scott Electric newsletter includes announcement of Lane-Scott's sponsorship of four students to attend the Electric Cooperative Youth Tour and Cooperative Youth Leadership Camp in 2026 with an upcoming application period beginning in December.
The Cold Weather Rule program is in effect beginning on Nov. 15. If you are unable to pay an electric bill during this time, you must make a payment arrangement with Lane-Scott Electric by calling our office.
