Lane-Scott Electric Newsletter

October 2023 Newsletter

The October Lane-Scott Electric newsletter featured in the centerfold of the Kansas Country Living Magazine is packed full of information this month! October is the time of year we recognize Cybersecurity Awareness Month with manager article, Playing It Safe Online. The Lane-Scott Member Satisfaction Results were published, as well as announcing our recognition from Touchstone Energy in receiving a Top 5 ACSI score amongst Touchstone cooperatives. Harvest safety is also a relevant and important topic this time of year, and a good time to discuss Farming Electrical Safety Tips.

We are excited to announce members can now opt-in to receive Outage Text and E-mail Notifications, and the newest employee, Taylor Cable! On the Line side of the co-op, we are improving reliability by strengthening infrastructure with iron poles, and helped demonstrate electrical safety at the Kansas State Fair. Also included were articles, Spooky Energy Savings and Share Information That Saves Lives relating to safety information to help prevent distracted driving.
