Phone Numbers: We contact members by phone with important information such as planned power outages, delinquent payments, and emergency messages.
Mailing Address: In addition to your monthly bill, we need your mailing address even if you no longer are a Lane-Scott member. Past members will receive Capital Credit checks in the future for their years of patronage.
E-mail Address: By entering your e-mail below, you will automatically receive our Watt's Up at Lane-Scott messages, Electronic Newsletter, Bill Available e-mail, Payment Confirmation, Unsuccessful Payment Notification, and Service Cutoff Notice. If you want to receive e-mails for power outages, outage updates, outage restored, or payment reminders you must sign-up for a SmartHub account and select to receive these notifications.
