Ummel Promoted to Billing Clerk

We are happy to announce that Cindy Ummel has been promoted to fill the position of billing clerk at Lane-Scott. Cindy joined our team in June of 2024, where she has been doing an outstanding job as the cashier and receptionist. 

“Cindy has been a wonderful addition to our team. Her dedication, positive attitude, and excellent member service has brought her a well-earned promotion,” said Jocelyn Walker, finance manager. “I can’t wait to watch her continue to grow in her new role!”

As the billing clerk, Cindy will primarily be responsible for preparing monthly bills, monitoring, and maintaining member accounts, preparing service contracts and payment arrangements, and reviewing delinquent accounts for collection and disconnection.
