If you have not registered your account(s) on SmartHub, you would really appreciate the information that is at your fingertips. For example, several Lane-Scott Electric members have service for water wells they don't visit regularly. Sometimes, the float may become lodged and water is being pumped non-stop. This may not be brought to your attention until the next bill or possibly later. By reviewing your usage information on SmartHub, you could be alerted to potential issues before you receive your bill.
