Member Notice: Satisfaction Survey Underway
Lane-Scott Electric is committed to continually improving our programs, services, and the way we serve you, our members! The only way to know how we are doing and what areas you would like improvement, is to ask.
Lane-Scott Electric has contracted a trusted third-party company, Inside Information, to conduct a member satisfaction survey on our behalf. The survey will be done in May to assess satisfaction, evaluate performance, and gather demographic and other strategic planning data for the cooperative. The survey will be done primarily by email.
If you are contacted by Inside Information, we would appreciate if you would take a few minutes to complete the survey. There will be a variety of questions, some geared towards your individual preferences including how you receive information from us, how you like to pay your bills, and what services you would like to see from us. Your responses are important to the decisions we make now and in the future. We know your time is valuable and the information you provide will help us learn where we can do better.
