Member Notice: Satisfaction Survey Underway
Lane-Scott is continually looking for ways to better our service to you, our members! We have contracted a trusted third-party company to conduct a member satisfaction survey on our behalf.
The survey will be done this month and primarily by email. If you receive an invitation for a survey, we would appreciate your participation. Your responses are important to the decisions we make now and in the future.
Pole Testing Continues
Lane-Scott Electric contractor, Utility Asset Management, will be testing poles in our service area south of Hwy 96, from Hwy 83 to Hwy 23, as reflected on the map.
Pole testing is a standard procedure for electric utilities. Poles with internal rot or base decay are detected during this process and replaced before problems arise. Thank you for your cooperation as we work to reinforce our system.
Overhead Line Clearance
If you need a line raised for tall equipment clearance, call your local utility. Never attempt to raise a line yourself. There should be at least 10 feet of clearance between the equipment and any line. Call in advance to avoid delays!
