Lane-Scott Electric Accepting Continuing Education Scholarship Applications
Current high school seniors, graduates or students already pursuing a higher education are eligible to apply for Lane-Scott Electric’s Continuing Education scholarships. This year there are six $1,500 scholarships available for the 2026-2027 school year.
The application deadline is March 27, 2026, and can be submitted online at www.lanescott.coop/scholarship-opportunities.
Scholarship Eligibility Requirements
- Current seniors, high school graduates or returning college students.
- Enrolled or enrolling as a full-time student in an accredited university or college, including junior, community, vocational or technical colleges.
- Scholarship merit is based on future goals, G.P.A., achievements, extracurricular activities, community and school involvement.
- Anyone may apply, but priority will be given to those in the Lane-Scott Electric Cooperative, Inc. service territory, students entering into a lineman program, or energy or electrical field.
Scholarships are paid directly to the school after enrollment verification. If the recipient withdraws from the school prior to use, those funds will be returned to Lane-Scott Electric.
