Phone Numbers: We contact members by phone with important information such as planned outages, delinquent payments, and emergencies.
Mailing Address: In addition to your monthly bill, we need your mailing address even if you no longer are a Lane-Scott member. Past members will receive capital credit checks in the future for their years of patronage.
E-Mail: Receive certain informational e-mails such as Watt's Up at Lane-Scott messages and bill available. Some notifications such as power outages and payment reminders, require a SmartHub account.
