Member Satisfaction Survey Coming Soon
Lane-Scott Electric is committed to continually improving our programs, services, and the way we serve you, our members. The only way to find out how we’re doing and what areas you would like improvement on, is to ask!
We have contracted with our trusted third-party vendor, Inside Information, who specializes in conducting member satisfaction surveys to ask these very important questions. The surveyors will randomly select 250 of our residential members who will be notified in one of two ways. You may get a postcard from us or receive an email from Inside Information inviting you to complete the survey online. If enough responses are not collected in this way, phone calls will be made as needed. The survey should take no more than 10 minutes and all information is confidential.
Your responses are important to shaping the decisions we make now and in the future! It’s the only way we will know what we need to work on and how we can do better moving forward. It will help us determine what priorities should be and where opportunities lie. Questions that will be asked include, satisfaction of electric service and rates, member service, how we meet your expectations towards community commitment, and transparency. There will be questions geared towards your individual preferences including how you receive information from us, what bill pay methods you use, and views and interest toward renewable energy and electric vehicles.
We appreciate your participation in the survey and encourage you to be open and honest in your responses. We know your time is valuable and the information you provide will help us learn where we can do better!
