Easy Set-up
Setting up your account is simple. From any Android or Apple device, download the app through your app store. Once downloaded, log in with your existing e-billing account information, or create a new account. Activating your account with a PC, navigate to https://www.lanescott.smarthub.coop
Billing & Payments
- See your bill immediately! As soon as the bill is calculated and posted, the balance is available for you to see.
- You can securely store payment information for each account, select the payment date, and change your payment method.
- Access your billing and payment history.
- Set-up Auto Pay yourself and easily change auto-pay payment methods. (no more sending in a voided check)
Usage
This tool is a great way to better understand your energy costs by seeing the trends of how much energy you use and when.
- Look at your past and current usage, in one place.
- Track your usage and weather trends by month or even down to the day!
- See how your energy use compares to the previous week, month, or even year.
Notifications
Get the most of the Smarthub app by signing up for notifications that can be sent to an e-mail or texted directly to you.
- Bill Available Notifications, Disconnect Notices, Payment Received, Unsuccessful Payments, Scheduled Payment Notifications
- Important Information from the manager and notices about current happenings at Lane-Scott Electric
