Recently, Lane-Scott was notified by Touchstone Energy that we received a Top 5 American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) score in Q2 2023! This is a big honor and we are very appreciative to all the members who responded to the member satisfaction survey.

2. Select "Service"
3. Select Alert Types, Phone #, and E-mail Address to receive notifications to.
