There are several ways members can help lower energy demand by thoughtfully timing energy-intensive activities at home.

It is important to keep phone numbers, current mailing address, and an e-mail address (if you use SmartHub) current at all times.
- Lane-Scott will contact members by phone with important information such as planned outages, delinquent payments, and emergency messages.
- In addition to your monthly bill, we need your mailing address even if you are no longer a member. Past members will receive Capital Credit checks in the future for their years of patronage!
