SAVE THE DATE - July 20th for Lane-Scott's Annual Meeting

Plan to attend the Lane-Scott Electric's 71st Annual Meeting at the Lane County Fairgrounds on July 20, 2021. Free fair rides will be available for the kids at 6:00 p.m., with a complimentary meal prepared by John Ross & Co. Signature Catering at 6:30 p.m., and our business meeting and prize raffle following.

We need your vote! Members will be voting on important bylaw amendments and our board of trustees.

Now that summer's in full swing, like many of you, I welcome more opportunities to be outdoors and enjoy the warmer weather. Summertime brings many of my favorite activities like cooking out with family and friends, afternoons on the water and simply slowing down a bit to enjoy life. Best Wishes on Your Retirement, Larry!

Larry Kraft, journeyman lineman, is retiring on June 2nd after spending 42 years on the lines. Fourteen of those years were spent with Lane-Scott Electric and the previous 28 with Aquilla. Larry and his wife, Donna, are planning to hook-up their camper and take-off, traveling and enjoying their retirement, spending extra time with grandkids and, of course, throwing some golf in the mix! Happy Retirement Larry!

Lane-Scott Electric's Food Drive Classroom Challenge Returned

Lane-Scott challenged several local area elementary schools to help stock our food banks before summer. The kids had a good time with some friendly competition and we were able to collect a lot of food for a great cause! Take a look at how well we did.
