Mailed June 10 in your Annual Report. Ballots must be mailed to the address on the pre-addressed envelope and received by our third-party election provider by July 14 to be counted.
Option 2: Vote Online
SmartHub Users: Beginning June 10th, log in to your SmartHub account HERE and click VOTE NOW.
Non SmartHub Users: After receiving your Annual Report mailed to you on June 10th, CLICK HERE. Use your member specific ID (customer #) and password (6 digit zip code) printed on the mail-in ballot in your Annual Report to log in and vote.

Option 3: Vote at the Annual Meeting
Voting will be available at the Annual Meeting on July 15 at the Lane County Fairgrounds. Voting ends promptly at 7:00 p.m.
