2023 LIEAP Program
The Low-Income Energy Assistance Program (LIEAP) helps low-income persons meet their home energy costs by paying a portion of their energy utility.
Applications for 2023 must be received by the Department for Children and Families (DCF) Service Center by 5:00 p.m. March 31, 2023.
