Alternative Payment Options Help Avoid Mailing Delays, Late Fees
In recent months, we have observed an increase in delivery time for mailed payments. We have received many member complaints, with some saying their payments were mailed weeks before they reached our office.
We can not control postal delivery times, however we can suggest the following to help alleviate this frustration for members and potential late fees.
- MAIL YOUR PAYMENT IMMEDIATELY upon receipt of your bill if you wish to send your payment through the USPS>
- SET-UP AN AUTOMATIC PAYMENT (ACH) WITHDRAWAL FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT by calling our office at 620-397-5327 or 800-407-2217.
- PAY ONLINE by going to our secure site at www.lanescott.smarthub.coop, or downloading the SmartHub mobile app.
- PAY BY PHONE 24-hours a day at 855-356-6351.
- GOING THROUGH DIGHTON OR NESS CITY? USE ONE OF OUR TWO DROP BOX LOCATIONS at the Lane-Scott Office in Dighton, 410 S. High Street, or the City Office in Ness City at 208 W. Main Street.
- STOP BY OUR KIOSK MACHINE at our office in to pay by cash, check, or credit or debit card in person after office hours.
