We would like to thank everyone who responded to the member satisfaction survey this past summer! We received very encouraging results, scoring an American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) of 89, well above the National Cooperative (73), Touchstone Energy Cooperative (74), Investor Owned Utility (IOUs) (72) and Municipal Utility (72) averages.
- Lane-Scott received a Cooperative Attitude and Performance Score (CAPS) of 93, ranking among the highest of similar sized cooperatives.
- Restoration of service received the top rating of 95%.
- Overall member satisfaction is 92%.
- ACSI scores in comparison with well known national brands: Lane-Scott Electric (89), Apple (83), Southwest Airlines (80), Lowe’s (78), Wal-Mart (73), DISH Network (65), Facebook (63)
- Only 27% of the survey sample uses our SmartHub account management online or phone app. We would like to see more people use this helpful tool.
