Due to the increase in COVID-19 cases, beginning Monday, November 23rd we are closing our office lobby and the retail department store to public entry.
The foyer in the Lane-Scott Electric main office is still available for limited deliveries and for members to access the drop box and kiosk.
Payments can be made by any of these options:
- Drop box in our lobby. Bills can be paid with check.
- The kiosk in the main office foyer. Bills can be paid with cash or credit card.
-Use the SmartHub web portal at https://lanescott.smarthub.coop/Login.html
- Call the pay by phone system at 855-356-6351.
- The drop box at the Ness City Office is still available for checks only.
Lane-Scott employees are still working as normal. If you need assistance, we will be happy to help over the phone 620-397-5327 or 800-407-2217. To get items from the retail store, call our office during normal business hours M-F 8a-5p, and we will be happy to arrange a pick-up of the item(s).
